Your personal data is used for the following purposes:
- Primary purpose: contact you by email or WhatsApp to inform you about the launch of Murmullos, early access, news and related content.
- Secondary purposes: generate statistics on geographic interest, improve our marketing communications, and analyze website usage.
4. Legal basis
The processing of your data is based on your consent, which you grant by completing and submitting the early access form. For visitors from the European Union, it is also covered by Article 6.1.a of the GDPR.
5. Data transfers
Your data is stored in Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure), on servers with international security standards. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for purposes other than those described, except when required by law.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). EU residents may also exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability.
To exercise these rights, send an email to privacidad@murmullos.lat with the subject "ARCO Rights" or "GDPR Request", including an identification that allows us to verify your request.
7. Security measures
We implement technical and administrative measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Database access is restricted to authorized administrators through secure authentication.
8. Data retention
We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described, or until you request its deletion. If you no longer wish to be on the early access list, please write to us and we will remove your information.
